Where do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide!
(with the exception of Northern Ireland and the EU due to the recent GPSR regulations)

How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 days. Once shipped, we use a courier service that typically delivers within 2-3 days.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

How do I return an item?

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with the return instructions and help guide you through the process. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and any applicable refunds have been issued.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Yes, we’re happy to offer exchanges! If you'd like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with the return instructions and help you choose a replacement. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
